About Paul

Who is Paul?

I realized the only way to succeed in life was to make personal growth a consistent component of my life. I have been in real estate and financing since 1999 and been a real estate broker with my own firm since 2002. I have been married for 19 years to my college sweet heart Sheryll and have 3 daughters McKenzie (14), Kylie (12) and Hannah (9). I love my family and I love my life!

It’s my desire to motivate others to take action and to dream and DO again.  A key to this is to learn from our mistakes, adjust and never give up!

I have always been a motivated go-getter. I started playing baseball at the age of 4 and continued excelling and playing multiple sports through middle school then focused on baseball in high school which then lead to getting a baseball scholarship for college and playing two years in college until…… I had a shoulder injury.

My hopes for playing professionally faded away as I realized there was a different plan for my life. After I graduated college with a bachelors of science in computer information systems, I was eager to start in the work force and came up short because companies were hiring people with experience and all I had was a degree.

So what did I do?…… Why not go out to Wyoming and Snowboard for a season. I didn’t want to say I wish I did X,Y and Z before I settled down, so that’s what I did. It was a great experience for a season then it was time to get to work. I started working with a rental car company in their management program and quickly went up the ranks, within 3 months I had landed an assistant manager position at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport!!!

One thing I did before I took the rental car job was, set a goal to go as fast and as far as I can in one year and then I would re-evaluate to see if this was the career path I wanted to stay on. Two weeks before my one year anniversary, I realized I didn’t want to be tied down by a corporate schedule or have an income cap, so I gave my two weeks notice.

I have been an Entrepreneur ever since leaving that job. My drive and determination, wins an losses has been extremely impactful on my transformation and I have never looked back. My hope is you do not look back either.~Paul
